This subscription gives you benefits over the regular ‘Annual Subscription’ by including several 2-hour photography sessions at your location each year. It's ideal for businesses looking to keep their visual content updated and seasonal. You can choose how many 2-hour sessions you need each year, starting with a minimum of 2, or up to 6, for instance.

Photography Subscription Options:
Similar to the ‘Just Subscribe’ model, you now have the option to add REEL content or a written blog to each photography session.
The purpose of this subscription is to help you decide:
How many photography sessions you would like over the course of a year.
If you'd like to include extra marketing options such as REELs or blog posts.
Location preferences for each shoot, if you have them or required.

Locations are optional for your photography session and only necessary if you’re a business owner needing one. This subscription is available to multiple businesses, each with unique needs. That's why I offer the option to create a tailored subscription with a professional photographer for your company. We can discuss location choices, seasonal themes, and additional options during our consultations to ensure everything meets your needs.

To kick things off, I’ll take the time to thoroughly understand your brand, ethos, and unique selling points to ensure the photography perfectly aligns with your overall vision.
After each call, I will engage in creative brainstorming sessions to conceptualize photoshoots that capture the atmosphere, essence of your brand, and the storytelling elements that resonate most. Together, we'll craft visual narratives that showcase the heart of your business, whether it's cuisine, fitness, or any other focus.

I will create a mood board to show your preferences before the photoshoot. This board captures the style and look we want to achieve, providing inspiration and ensuring everyone understands the desired atmosphere and story.
This step helps to align the team’s creative vision and guarantees that the results reflect the essence of your brand.

If we're planning a brand or lifestyle photoshoot and your chosen location isn't suitable, I can help find better locations. This service includes finding spots that match your shoot's style and vision.
Please note that some locations may have fees, and I'll let you know the options and costs in the invoice.

Once the photoshoot is complete, we move on to the crucial post-production phase. This involves carefully selecting, editing, and retouching images to ensure they consistently meet our high standards of quality.
· Image Formats: You’ll receive both high-resolution images for print and optimized versions for web and social media use, all stored in a digital format for easy access.
· Usage Rights & Licensing: Clear instructions on image usage rights and licenses will be provided, allowing you to confidently use the photos across multiple platforms.
· Private Gallery: You will receive an email with a link to a private online gallery where you can view, select, and download your favourite photos.
· Larger Files: For larger sized images, we can provide them via WeTransfer, making it simple to receive high-quality files for any specific needs.

DETAILS & EXTRAS
Timescales and Scheduling
Subscription Duration: Select the duration that best fits your company’s needs, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Each shoot will be scheduled a month in advance to ensure both parties are well-prepared and informed about the upcoming schedule.
Rescheduling: If any changes are needed, we will arrange rescheduling at least one month in advance to accommodate both parties’ availability.
Payment Schedule
Fees: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each month for the duration of your subscription. This approach simplifies budgeting and ensures consistent service delivery.
Aftercare and Support
I believe in fostering strong, ongoing relationships with all my clients, which is why I include a few after-care steps in our agreement to ensure mutual support and collaboration after the shoot:
Social media & sharing: Once you receive the final online gallery, I kindly request that you tag my social media accounts when sharing the photos or posting #BehindTheScenes content. In return, I’ll do the same by tagging your business when showcasing images from our session. This mutual support helps promote both our work and strengthens our collaboration.
Reciprocal promotion: I’m committed to promoting your business by tagging you in posts featuring the images from our shoot, offering additional exposure and recognition for your brand.

Travel Fees: Applicable if travel exceeds 10 miles from the location, including travel time.
Studio and Location Rentals: Additional charges may apply for studio rentals or specific locations.
Extended Services: Extended editing or additional hours of photography can be arranged upon request. Any supplementary costs will be communicated in advance.

Extra Shoots: Add additional photoshoots to your subscription at a discounted rate.
