After the photoshoot, our process includes post-production tasks like selecting, editing, and retouching images to ensure they meet high quality standards consistently.
We provide both high-resolution images and optimized versions for online and social media use, all conveniently stored in a digital format for easy access.
Detailed instructions on image usage rights and licenses are given to allow clients to use the photos across various platforms.
An email will be sent with a link to a private online gallery for viewing and selecting preferred pictures.
You have the option to have larger sized images that can be sent via WeTransfer.

After the completion of the editing process and receipt of the online gallery link, the final invoice will be forwarded to you for settlement. Kindly note that payment must be made for these edited images before download access is granted.
I enjoy providing and sharing assistance with all my clients, so I include in my agreement the request for clients to consider mentioning my social media accounts when they share the final photos or any #behindthescene posts. In return, I commit to reciprocating this social media support by tagging them when I showcase the images captured during a client session.

Timescales and Scheduling
- Subscription Duration: Choose the duration that best fits your company’s needs—be it monthly, quarterly, or annually. Each shoot will be scheduled a month in advance to ensure both parties are well-prepared and informed about the upcoming schedule.
- Rescheduling: Should any changes be needed; we’ll arrange rescheduling at least one month in advance to accommodate both parties’ availability.
Payment Schedule
- Fees: Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each month for the duration of your subscription. This approach simplifies budgeting and ensures consistent service delivery.
Aftercare and Support
- Social media and Sharing: Once you receive the final online gallery, I request permission in the contract to be tagged on social media when sharing the images or posting #behindthescene content. This mutual support helps showcase our collaboration and promotes both our work.
- Reciprocal Promotion: I will also tag your business when using images from our shoot, offering additional exposure and recognition.
