NATIONAL PERSONAL TRAINER AWARENESS DAY.

National Personal Trainer Awareness Day kicks starts the year on January 2nd with a day to appreciate the professionals who help us all keep in shape, and consider our health when thinking of new resolutions.

So let's pay tribute to personal trainers, exercise trainers, and gyms, for supporting us all trainers use on how to keep healthy.

Some of us will employ a trainer for the year or decide that getting fit and healthy is this year's resolution. Either way on this day state your resolution and phase your fellow personal trainer.
